Facility Management Services is qualified to manage Professional Management Associations as an independent contractor to provide administrative and management services as needed. Such services will include but not be limited to:
Management Services – Partner with chapter leadership to manage the strategic objectives of the chapter to include, but not limited to, the following: (non-inclusive)
1) Chapter Operations
a. Manage & monitor committee deadlines for various events/meetings throughout the year
b. Bylaws expert/consultant
c. Onboard new Board Officers
2) Strategic Initiatives
a. Assist with chapter annual strategic planning
b. Coordinate and oversee special projects such as conferences, golf scrambles, etc.
c. Coordinate membership drives and work with membership chair to increase membership to targeted goals established each year
d. Coordinate fundraising efforts and work with sponsorship chair to increase sponsorships to targeted goals established each year
e. Coordinate updates to chapter by-laws as necessary
Administrative Services– Assist the chapter with executing the various administrative functions to include, but not limited to, the following:
3) General Administrative Support
a. Answer phone and e-mails for member inquiries 9-5 daily Monday – Friday
b. Reconcile committee budgets vs. actual, as well as conference call costs & learning systems
c. Coordinate logistics for all Chapter meetings, workshops, & events
d. Provide administrative support for salary surveys, state and chapter conferences, and TN State Council requests.
e. Design and create all meeting notices, e-mail blasts, registrations and submit CEU’s for all Educational programs
f. Manage e-mail requests/questions, reset passwords, etc.
g. Follow up to ensure Chapter receives payment for all meetings, events, and sponsorships
h. Manage Job Bank requests
i. Order learning systems, Chapter supplies, and any other necessary materials for Chapter operations
j. Assist with coordination of any necessary committee logistics
k. Attend board meetings, take minutes, and post meeting handouts and minutes to Board website.
l. Provide any support the board requests
m. Coordinate chapter voting when needed
a. Work with local company to update Chapter website
b. Work with local company to maintain website including calendar of events and other chapter information
a. Administer satisfaction surveys for events/meetings and provide analysis of data
b. Manage membership database
c. Manage new member processing and membership renewals
d. Store and maintain chapter records and manuals
